Whitney Trzupek is a National Sales Director for PERQ and brings 20 years of multifamily industry experience to her role. Whitney has been with PERQ for three years and loves working for a forward-thinking company that enables her to bring unique and powerful solutions to the multifamily industry. Whitney is an active member of the Apartment Association of Metro Denver and you’ll find her at AAMD TechCon and the AAMD Trade Show every year in addition to several other events across the country. Outside of work, you’ll likely find Whitney writing (she’s on her eleventh book!) or golfing with her husband. 

Doug Stump is a Regional Sales Director with PERQ and has been with the company for almost 10 years. He’s provided leadership in multiple market segments for PERQ during that time as a former Vice President of Retail. What he loves most about PERQ is that he’s consistently working with the smartest group of professionals he’s ever worked with. He has stayed with PERQ because he’s providing a technology solution that consistently produces incredible results for his clients. Doug has been married to his high school sweetheart for 25 years, and is a proud graduate of the University of Kentucky. Doug lives in Indianapolis and is a proud member of the Indianapolis Apartment Association. 

Andy Medley co-founded PERQ in 2001 when he and another Harvard Business School alumni set out to untangle a big, hairy problem with consumer buying journeys. The team went on to develop PERQ’s award-winning AI technology for multifamily.

An expert in consumer buying behavior and AI’s role in digital renter’s journey, Andy is fascinated with marketing technology and committed to bringing the best technology to the multifamily industry. As a result, PERQ’s award-winning technology has seen explosive growth over the last five years.

Andy received his undergraduate degree from Hanover University and lives in Indiana with his family. He enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, running, and boxing.

Kaitlin Clinton is a Senior National Customer Success Manager at PERQ. She has a Masters degree in Business and over 18 years of multifamily industry experience. With four wonderful years under her belt at PERQ, Kaitlin is enthusiastic about contributing to a company that prioritizes innovation and cutting-edge solutions. Her personalized approach guarantees top-notch service for our largest clients. Outside the office, you’ll frequently find Kaitlin enjoying the beaches of Rhode Island.

Meet Kirk from PERQ! PERQ has been Kirk’s work home for the past six years. This has been Kirk’s first experience working in multifamily and it has been a great fit. His favorite thing about working at PERQ is definitely the people. They are fun, incredibly intelligent, and the teamwork is amazing. It’s fun to be a part of something where everyone is working toward the same goals. Kirk’s career was originally focused on broadcast journalism where he graduated from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at Arizona State. He worked as a news/sports reporter for an ABC station in Oregon before taking a different path. The experience was fantastic and helps him provide an objective outlook in life and other career paths. When Kirk isn’t working, he spends his time with his wife and three kids. They love being on the lake during the summer and then look forward to Colts season and the Indy 500 every year!

Scott Trout is a National Client Success Manager for PERQ and brings extensive experience and passion to the role. He has been with PERQ for six years and absolutely loves the people, environment, and culture. Scott is committed to bringing the best possible service, communication and experience to PERQ’s customers. Scott was born and raised in Indiana where he graduated from Hanover College. He currently lives in the Indianapolis area with his wife of 16 years and three beautiful children. Outside of work these days, you’ll find Scott on the ball fields coaching and/or encouraging his children in all of the many sporting activities they’re involved in.

Brooke Higginbotham brings experience and enthusiasm to her role as Senior Director of Client Success at PERQ. With a career spanning a diverse range of industries, Brooke joined the multifamily industry when she started with PERQ five years ago.

Brooke’s professional background is rooted in her passion for engaging with people and helping them achieve success. She thrives on creating meaningful connections, hearing inspiring stories, and delivering exceptional service to clients. Her favorite aspect of working at PERQ is the collaborative and supportive environment fostered by the dedicated Client Success team.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Brooke is a devoted mother to a 9-year-old daughter who serves as her daily motivation. She also enjoys traveling and embracing her love of all things athletics. Brooke firmly believes in working hard, having fun, and finding joy in every moment. Brooke is an alumna of the University of Evansville, where she earned a degree in Business Administration.

Scott Hill is CEO and co-founder of PERQ, a multifamily platform that is bringing new lease acquisition strategy and technology to multifamily. With his entrepreneurial background, Scott is passionate about assisting property management companies achieve success by enhancing their engagement with prospective renters. Scott completed his education at Hanover University and Harvard Business School and currently resides in Indiana. Outside of PERQ, he focuses his energy on spending quality time with his family, golfing, and hiking. 

Maribeth Ross is a seasoned marketing expert with over two decades of experience in B2C and B2B marketing. As the CMO of PERQ, she has an extensive background in digital marketing and how consumers behave and engage. With a deep understanding of marketing technologies and their evolution across various industries, Maribeth has recently focused on marketing technology for the multifamily industry.  

Kate Gerber is an accomplished marketing leader who brings extensive background across various industries within the tech space to her role at PERQ. As the Director of Customer and Brand Marketing, Kate is committed to bringing the best events, communication and brand experience to our customers as possible. Kate has a degree in marketing from The University of Iowa and will happily talk your ear off about Hawkeye sports if you let her (and maybe even if you don’t). Outside of work, Kate enjoys traveling to National Parks and attending #alltheshows. Kate lives in Omaha, Nebraska with her husband, daughter, and dog.
