Less Conversation, More Action: a Recap of Apartmentalize 2024

Apartmentalize Powered by NAA, the biggest annual event in the multifamily industry, certainly delivered this year. The city of brotherly love embraced all things multifamily June 19-21 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and PERQ was delighted to be part of the conference again. Amidst discussions on AI and technology, Apartmentalize emphasized actionable strategies and practical innovations that promise to reshape how property management companies (PMCs) approach marketing and operations.  

As always, we loved getting to meet so many new people and of course reconnecting with familiar faces, too. Here’s a quick recap of some of our highlights from Philadelphia.  

Take Action and Take Control of Your Lead Generation 

On Wednesday, June 19, PERQ presented a panel session featuring marketing leaders from across the industry. The session focused on current industry challenges and marketing strategies that can be applied to multifamily to help put marketers in control of their advertising spend and their lead generation. It ended with a walk-through of an interactive ad-spend calculator to show attendees the impact on-demand advertising can have on their total marketing budget. Get S’more Leads 

At the PERQ booth on the Apartmentalize expo floor, attendees were encouraged to sit down around the (fake) campfire and talk about ways they could drive more leads to their properties without overwhelming on-site teams. We also introduced new tools for Google Business Profiles for maximum lead potential and cost-effectiveness.

  • Tour Scheduling: Introducing an industry-first “Book Now” button on Google Search and Maps, streamlining the tour scheduling process directly from search results.

  • Actionable Insights: Comprehensive analytics and reporting capabilities to track engagement metrics, lead generation effectiveness, and optimize GBP performance based on real-time data insights.

What’s Next? 

We certainly weren’t the only ones unveiling new innovations during Apartmentalize this year. There is a broader industry trend towards data-driven, agile marketing solutions that adapt to evolving consumer behaviors and technological advancements. The emphasis on actionable strategies resonates with PMCs looking to enhance their competitive edge in a crowded marketplace.
