TAA ONE Conference and Expo

Whitney Trzupek is a National Sales Director for PERQ and brings 20 years of multifamily industry experience to her role. Whitney has been with PERQ for three years and loves working for a forward-thinking company that enables her to bring unique and powerful solutions to the multifamily industry. Whitney is an active member of the Apartment Association of Metro Denver and you’ll find her at AAMD TechCon and the AAMD Trade Show every year in addition to several other events across the country. Outside of work, you’ll likely find Whitney writing (she’s on her eleventh book!) or golfing with her husband. 

Fabiana Soto is a Client Success Manager for PERQ and brings a deep passion and commitment to our customers in everything she does. Fabiana has been with PERQ for three years and loves the positive energy her team brings to their work. Fabiana is a member of the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas and makes an annual appearance at TAA ONE. She loves going to in-person events to get to connect with current partners, introduce PERQ to new clients, and catch up with industry friends.

Kate Gerber is an accomplished marketing leader who brings extensive background across various industries within the tech space to her role at PERQ. As the Director of Customer and Brand Marketing, Kate is committed to bringing the best events, communication and brand experience to our customers as possible. Kate has a degree in marketing from The University of Iowa and will happily talk your ear off about Hawkeye sports if you let her (and maybe even if you don’t). Outside of work, Kate enjoys traveling to National Parks and attending #alltheshows. Kate lives in Omaha, Nebraska with her husband, daughter, and dog.
