PERQ was started when two Harvard Business School alumni set out to untangle a big, hairy problem in multifamily. Since beginning in 2008, the team developed PERQ’s award-winning multifamily AI technology and has driven company growth in excess of 100% annually for the past five years. During that time, PERQ has grown to a team of more than 75 employees across the world, while also maintaining best-in-class scores on customer satisfaction.
