Everyday, we receive lots and lots of e-mails & phone calls about our mailers. Often times, that means we receive a number of the same questions day-to-day. As a courtesy, we wanted to provide a resource for consumers just like you. Here are answers to our most frequently asked questions (FAQ’s) regarding our FATWIN contest mailers.

1. What Do I Have To Do To Claim My Prize?

To claim your prize, all you have to do is visit the store you received the mailer from in-person. Typically, you’ll see the same type of message on your mailer as well — right above the pictures of real FATWIN winners: “If you’ve won, you must bring your flyer to “<ABC Motors>” to claim your prize like these people did!”

2. How Do I Find Out What I’ve Won?

In order to find out what you’ve won, you’ll need to visit the store you received the mail piece from. However, you can get a general idea of the possible prizes you’ve won by looking at the prize options listed on the mail piece itself. Some of these prizes might include: an Apple iPad, a gas grill, a flat screen TV or up to $500 cash.

3. I Keep Getting An Error Whenever I Try To Visit The URL On My Mail Piece. Is There Another URL I Can Use?

All of the URL’s on each mail piece should be correct. Should you run into an issue, double check the URL and re-type it into your browser. This often resolves the issue. Be sure to also look for spaces in the URL that you might have accidentally typed in.
