Power Pro Leasing (Power Pro), the best-in-class mobile leasing app for apartment operators, today announced a partnership and integration with PERQ, the maker of an artificial intelligence-driven digital marketing platform that engages and captures critical prospect data through a community website. The integration between the two platforms will further drive leads and improve community tour conversion.

 

As a result of the partnership, when a prospective renter schedules a property tour through PERQ’s website solution, the information will be seamlessly fed into Power Pro. The integration benefits both prospects and leasing associates by ensuring a community receives the tour booking selected by the prospect, be it self-guided, video or an in-person, associate-led visit, and enables the leasing associate to create the right experience.

Initial Episodes Rank Among Top Marketing Podcasts on iTunes

 

Indianapolis, IND, October 1, 2019 – The PERQ Innovator Series has a new podcast that has been ranked in the top 20 marketing podcasts on iTunes since its launch Aug. 15. It has ranked as high as 11th. The Bridge co-hosts are PERQ CEO and Co-Founder Andy Medley and Producer Fabian Rodriguez of the acclaimed Drink Culture Podcast. It features guests from a variety of industries including multifamily and home furnishings.

 

“The Bridge is a podcast for all businesses where consumers research purchases and narrow down their choices online before heading to a physical location to make their final selection,” said Medley. “Each episode focuses on real strategies and examples from industry experts on how to dominate this complex and competitive environment. The podcasts also share the latest trends in technology and process.”

 

The episodes for each season are released every two weeks on Thursdays and each lasts about 30 minutes. Season One will wrap up early in the fourth quarter.  Season Two will start in January of 2020.

The funding comes exclusively from Midwest technology leaders and is led by Poplar Ventures L.P. in Louisville, Kentucky. 

  

PERQ’s game-changing, artificial intelligence-powered digital marketing software, is increasing sales and gross profits for over 1,000 businesses in the automotive, multifamily and home furnishings verticals.
