On Thursday, September 22nd, PERQ announced its partnership with the Indianapolis Apartment Association (IAA) with a bang. PERQ sponsored its first event by being the final stop in the IAA’s annual “Progressive Dinner.” The Progressive Dinner is a fun night that happens every two years where property managers, owners and other decision makers and partners from the multi-family industry take limos around Indianapolis and make food and drink stops at several vendor locations.

PERQ’s VP of Sales Jenny Vance and VP of Operations Paul Champion represented PERQ in the limo motorcade, while the PERQ team of Muhammad Yasin, Courtney Guggenberger, Courtney Day, Christine Champion, Stephanie Ragozzino, Josh Medley, Russ Chandler, Doug Stump, and Josh Medley welcomed guests when they arrived at PERQ.

Stella Artois beer, sparkling wine, Bailey’s and coffee, and an array of sweets from Zionsville bakery Bites by Confectioneiress were served in PERQ-branded champagne flutes and mugs. Being the final stop helped position PERQ as the “grand finale” by showcasing the unique and quirky office space.

Guests quickly took off on the office’s scooter fleet, played basketball on the in-office court, grabbed desserts from the bar, and received the all-around VIP treatment.

“They loved it,” said Product Marketing Manager Courtney Guggenberger. “A few people joked about wanting to work here, and were glad it was the last stop. We loved hosting the members of the IAA and having them see our space. As a partner that’s new to the market, we’re very happy they had a good first impression.”

During the festivities, guests were also able to watch a video of the PERQ’s software, and see demos of the software on their own property websites. It was a tangible way for IAA members to see the many ways which PERQ’s software could be applied to their property websites and make an impact on their foot traffic and occupancy rates.

Overall, the night was a great success, and PERQ is excited about entry into the multi-family housing industry and to be an active member of the IAA.
