Following his keynote session, “Swipe Left, Swipe Right: Your Vehicle Photos Tell You More than You Think,” I had the opportunity to meet with Ian to provide kudos and pick his brain. For the car folks who weren’t at this year’s DrivingSales Executive Summit, Ian was kind enough to give a brief overview of his presentation and offer some great resources for dealers who are wanting to better understand the activity on their website.
