Power Pro Announces Partnership with PERQ

Power Pro Leasing (Power Pro), the best-in-class mobile leasing app for apartment operators, today announced a partnership and integration with PERQ, the maker of an artificial intelligence-driven digital marketing platform that engages and captures critical prospect data through a community website. The integration between the two platforms will further drive leads and improve community tour conversion.

As a result of the partnership, when a prospective renter schedules a property tour through PERQ’s website solution, the information will be seamlessly fed into Power Pro. The integration benefits both prospects and leasing associates by ensuring a community receives the tour booking selected by the prospect, be it self-guided, video or an in-person, associate-led visit, and enables the leasing associate to create the right experience.

“Our new partnership with Power Pro Leasing brings value to both property managers and consumers,” said PERQ Co-Founder Scott Hill. “Power Pro Leasing’s software combined with PERQ’s Multi-Option Tour Scheduler allows consumers to schedule and experience virtual tours of properties seamlessly and gives leasing agents additional tools to close the deal during a difficult time.”

The Power Pro mobile app allows leasing associates to perform all of the critical leasing tasks and gather needed information from a prospect from anywhere. Through Power Pro, leasing associates can execute live Zoom tours or record and send personalized video tours to prospects. Power Pro also offers self-guided-tour technology to apartment communities. Taken together, Power Pro’s solutions reflect the company’s Tour Your Way philosophy. Power Pro’s goal is to give teams options so they can create the best leasing experience possible while giving prospects the exact experience they desire.

“At Power Pro, we care passionately about integrating with other supplier partners to create great experiences for our customers,” said Karen Gladney, co-founder of Power Pro. “When we create great experiences for our customers, they, in turn, are able to provide best-in-class experiences for their prospective residents. That’s why we’re so excited to partner with PERQ. They truly are a first-class supplier partner.”

The Power Pro leasing app unchains leasing associates from their desks so they can create a comfortable, personalized leasing experience to drive prospect engagement throughout the apartment shopping process and the property tour – even over a Zoom call. When in-person community visits are an option, the app enables associates to talk with prospects and get information from them while anywhere on the property, whether sitting in a comfortable courtyard or walking through an apartment home. And regardless of what form a tour takes, Power Pro allows associates to send prospects a Personal Tour Summary e-brochure afterwards. The brochure is a lightweight quick link for prospects to open and see the apartments they’re interested in, access personal quotes for those apartments and see any virtual or custom videos made for them.

Power Pro’s solutions fully integrate with major property, revenue, and lead management software platforms, including RealPage’s OneSite, ILM, Yardi’s RENTCafé, Yieldstar and LRO.

Elliott of Gladys, Virginia, was presented with a ceremonial check at Schewels Home on March 4. She was randomly selected from a pool of nearly 996,000 people who registered for the sweepstakes in 2019 on websites that leverage PERQ software. The clients, like Schewels, use PERQ to improve the consumer shopping experience online.

How Elliott Won

Gayle says she’s been shopping at Schewels for years, buying a swivel chair most recently, and fell in love with a tall table on the store’s website. During her website visit, Gayle clicked on a link to enter the FATWIN sweepstakes and entered her information.

“I got one email and a few phone calls to say I’d won,” Gayle says. “First, I thought this is a scam. Things like this don’t happen to me. I called the store and said that I was getting calls from this lady saying I won this sweepstake. The woman who answered told me to hold and a man got on the phone. When I started to explain why I was calling, he stopped me and said ‘Are you Gayle Elliott? Congratulations, you won!’”

Matt Schewel, director of store operations at Schewels, says this is a great moment for the business. Schewels Home was founded in 1897 and has been owned by the family for five generations. “We’re so excited for Gayle and for our whole company to be part of this life-changing event,” Schewel says.

“I went from thinking this couldn’t be real to ‘this really is real!’” Gayle adds. “I’m very excited and very thankful for this opportunity.”

Plans for the Sweepstakes Money

Gayle says she plans to buy a Zero-Turn lawnmower, a new clothes dryer and the table she had been eyeing on Schewels’ website. “I kicked myself for not getting it,” she says. She expects some of the money to go toward her daughter Britny Clark’s wedding.

Gayle has this advice for anyone asked to enter a sweepstakes when visiting a website. “I can tell you I’ve never won anything like this before, but I kept putting in for them,” she says. “Keep doing it! There is that one chance of winning and it could be you, so just fill it out!”[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_gallery type=”image_grid” images=”31672,31673,31674″ img_size=”medium” column_number=”3″ grayscale=”no” images_space=”gallery_with_space”][/vc_column][/vc_row]

The awards recognize the most innovative technology companies in the U.S. housing economy.

PERQ was named to the Tech100 Real Estate list for its Multifamily Marketing Cloud, which is a set of integrated marketing solutions powered by artificial intelligence that enable properties to have an interactive, personalized and automated marketing strategy with actionable marketing data intelligence. The Multifamily Marketing Cloud addresses numerous problems faced by property managers including a lack of quality leads, poor lead-to-lease conversion, and leasing agents that struggle to consistently keep up with and convert leads.

“I’m proud that PERQ’s innovation in the multifamily industry has been recognized by HousingWire,” said PERQ Executive Chairman and Co-Founder Scott Hill. “Our multifamily clients using the Marketing Cloud see an average increase of 148 percent in leases from their property website and a 64 percent drop in cost per lead. We are truly changing how properties find residents.”

“This year’s Tech100 winners blew past innovation, moving beyond innovation to transformation,” HousingWire Associate Magazine Editor Kelsey Ramírez said. “In both the real estate and mortgage sectors, fintech companies continue to create new ways to approach the housing process, improving efficiencies, cutting costs and creating a new experience for all parties involved.”

News Release: PERQ Leads Multifamily Industry With Software Accessible to Those With Disabilities

[vc_row css_animation=”” row_type=”row” use_row_as_full_screen_section=”no” type=”full_width” angled_section=”no” text_align=”left” background_image_as_pattern=”without_pattern”][vc_column][vc_column_text]Indianapolis, IND, January 29, 2020 – PERQ, a marketing technology company, announces that its multifamily software is now accessible by those with disabilities. PERQ recently met all of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level A and AA through WebAIM, an independent authority in web accessibility. The certification confirms that PERQ’s multifamily software can be easily reached, entered, and navigated by people with disabilities, including visual, motor, auditory or cognitive.

About 13 percent of people in the United States live with some sort of disability. Making sure that we can provide them with the same user experience as those without is incredibly important,” said Curt Knapp, PERQ Executive Vice President of Technology. “While this wasn’t a small project, we felt extremely passionate about investing our resources into making this happen. It was the right thing to do.”

PERQ spent more than six months working to make its software meet Level A and AA guidelines. The company needed to update code structure, redesign experiences and improve usability for a variety of devices. PERQ’s largest undertaking was making sure anyone with a disability could use a keyboard to access everything on a website easily, just like they could by clicking a mouse.

“I hope we will start to see a growing trend toward website accessibility in the multifamily industry,” said Knapp. “Properties have taken numerous steps to make sure they are providing an inclusive experience for all people in their physical communities. It makes sense to offer that same inclusivity on property websites and PERQ is proud to be leading the way to make this happen.”

Arizona Man Wins Largest Prize Ever in PERQ FATWIN Sweepstakes

Arizona Man Wins Largest Prize Ever in PERQ FATWIN Sweepstakes

[vc_row css_animation=”” row_type=”row” use_row_as_full_screen_section=”no” type=”full_width” angled_section=”no” text_align=”left” background_image_as_pattern=”without_pattern”][vc_column][vc_column_text]The largest prize ever to be awarded in the FATWIN sweepstakes sponsored by PERQ and Larry H. Miller Dealerships has been claimed by 52-year-old Michael Bozner of Glendale, Arizona.

Bozner was presented with a ceremonial $100,000 check at the Larry H. Miller Toyota Peoria dealership in a ceremony on January 22. The actual cash prize will be paid out in five yearly installments of $20,000 each.

Family Visits Dealership and wins PERQ FATWIN Sweepstakes

Bozner says his 13-year-old son was going through the mail, found a flyer for the FATWIN Black Friday giveaway event and convinced him to go down to the Larry H. Miller Toyota Peoria dealership to see if they were a winner.

Bozner was skeptical and told his son it couldn’t be that easy to win.

“He was pretty persistent so that he could have something to drive,” Bozner laughed. “We went down and the salesman asked me some questions. Then I tried my luck, hit the screen with my number and the salesman looked at me and said ‘Oh my God! You just won $100,000!’ My boys were bouncing around. I have to give my son credit for going through my mail!”

It was incredibly exciting to see Mr. Bozner win a $100,000 grand prize during our Black Friday weekend event. His excitement was contagious, and was felt by the salesperson assisting him, other customers in the showroom, and the entire team at the dealership,” said Jay Carley, general manager, Larry H. Miller Toyota Peoria. “We hope this prize enriches Michael and his family’s lives.”

FATWIN, a technology product of PERQ, has been used to give away millions in prizes through online games and register-to-win promotions.

This is the largest prize ever won through the FATWIN promotions.

“We’ve had some $25,000 prizes given away, countless TVs, wireless earbuds and other valuable prizes,” says PERQ Senior Account Manager Ashley Beck Cuellar. “But, nothing compares to the excitement of finding out we had a $100,000 winner! We’ve been so excited to work with Mr. Bozner to get him his winnings and assure him it really was that easy.”

Plans for the FATWIN Winnings

Bozner has owned his own auto repair shop for more than 20 years and has an affinity for cars. He’s already bought a new drag racing vehicle with the money, paid off some credit cards and his wife is planning to remodel the bathroom.

But, don’t worry.  He didn’t forget the son who asked him to take the flyer to the dealership in the first place or his other nine-year-old.  Both boys got some cash to spend in any way they want or to save.

Bozner says he may not be so cynical in the future. “I’m happy and I’ll look at things a little differently,” he says. “I did think maybe I was on a lucky streak and bought some lottery tickets. That didn’t work out as well!”

PERQ Announces Two New Partnerships in Multifamily Industry

Engrain and Realync Affiliations Will Give Clients Access to Best-in-Class Website Software

Indianapolis, IND, November 4, 2019 – Digital marketing company PERQ announces two new partnerships to give clients access to advanced website software to increase online engagement and lead conversions in the multifamily industry. PERQ has inked separate deals with Realync and Engrain.

“We found the offerings of these two companies to be best-in-class,” said PERQ Co-Founder Scott Hill. “Rather than reinvent the wheel, we felt it was strategic to partner with Realync and Engrain to ensure our multifamily clients had the best tools online that showcase properties in a unique and engaging way.”

Realync is a multifamily video leasing and engagement platform that enables apartments to host their own custom live video tours and create personalized pre-recorded videos for prospective residents.

“Our partnership with PERQ ensures that the technologies are integrated for a seamless experience for rental prospects researching which community to choose for their next home.”

Videos simply embedded on a website, while incredibly powerful for driving traffic and engagement, don’t deliver to multifamily professionals the same in-depth analytics possible with other kinds of content. To overcome this digital challenge, Realync and PERQ integrated tour videos into AI-driven website conversion software, part of the PERQ Marketing Cloud. In the first four months of initial testing on two property websites with PERQ, the videos ranked second for online lead-to-lease conversions and second for overall engagement on the sites.

“There are so many technologies coming into the multifamily industry and our clients were looking to get videos on their websites in a smart, converting manner,” said Realync Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer Matt Weirich. “Our partnership with PERQ ensures that the technologies are integrated for a seamless experience for rental prospects researching which community to choose for their next home.”

PERQ is also partnering with Engrain to integrate their SightMap product. SightMap is a simple interactive app that can be added to any website to visually showcase unit location within a property, as well as any relevant leasing and pricing data.

“SightMap provides an easy way to visually walk prospects through available units in a clean, mobile responsive interface that enhances the apartment shopping experience and results in increased lease applications,” said Engrain Founder and Chief Executive Officer Brent Steiner. “Our partnership with PERQ will give more real estate owners, developers and managers access to this valuable tool.”
